HUMAN BEHAVIOR IN ORGANIZATION

Pre-requisite: MG 111


This course is an introduction to the theories, concepts and models of individual and group behavior in organizations. It represents an overview of the elements of group behavior, cultural influences, managerial assumptions about employees
and strategies for organizational change and development. Issues and problems in leadership styles and supervisory attitudes on motivation of workers are likewise raised for discussion and analysis.
