PRINCIPLES of MANAGEMENT

Pre-requisite: None
This course enables the students to be acquired with the basic concepts, principles and processes relating to the organizations and management of the business. Emphasis will be given to the management functions of planning, staffing, directing, coordinating and controlling. The different forms of business organization, their formation, structures and advantages are also discussed.
