TOURISM LAWS & REGULATIONS
The course is designed to provide students with information of the rules and regulations governing the tourism industry in the Philippines. It emphasizes the regulations affecting all tourism-related establishments and services, specifically the regulations governing the accreditation of tourism-related establishments,
travel and tour services and hotels and lodging accommodations 152
as permitted by the Department of Tourism (DOT). It will also focus on all other rules, regulations and terms applicable to these areas in creating a well-developed tourism industry.
